I thought the article on guns and the constitution was extremely interesting. It raised a very provocative question. What do the words "A well regulated Militia" mean? I think it means that only during times of war are people able to have guns. I personally believe that the second amendment should be completely erased. Guns should not be allowed at all. No type of gun should be permitted to the public unless its a specific individual with an extremely valid reason. Guns should only be permitted to the army during times of war. If this was the law then gun violence would drop immensely. The only downside to this is that if somebody did acquire a gun. He would be able to use it for violence and it would be harder to stop him because nobody else would have the same weapon he has.
I do not believe facebook is invading our privacy at all. It gives the user the option as too what is sent to them and their friends and what is not. Their is no downside or plus side to sending this information. It is completely what the user wants to do. This is not an invasion of privacy at all. The only problem with privacy and facebook is the idea of how anybody in your network is able to see your profile. They took away the option of what you allow people to see by being their friend. Although they did add the option of a limited profile. But nonetheless i believe that part tends to be kind of invasion of privacy.
The battle between church and state has been constant. They have been continuously bashing heads with one another trying to gain the upper hand. With the example of that it gave of putting feet washers in public bathrooms in school to help Muslims with their daily prayer. I believe that this is completely okay to do. The school is just making it easier for the the practice of a religion. The only problem that occurs is that it is only helping an individual religion. It may be discriminating against other religions because it is not making it easier for them to pray or connect to god. It would wrong if they made it mandatory for every student, Muslim or not, to use them to pray.
In conclusion i believe that guns should not be allowed at all, facebook does not invade antibody's privacy, and the battle between church and state is going to go on forever. If you have a legal issue... grab a gosh darn tissue.
